We are seeking an experienced HVAC/R Installation Foreman to join our team at CoolSys. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the installation of HVAC/R systems in commercial settings.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with installation policies and procedures, including project tracking, safety, and time and attendance.
- Direct and oversee the work of apprentices and journeyman assigned to specific projects.
- Manage project labor hours and request change orders as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial building construction or related industry/trade.
- Knowledge of construction principles and practices, including efficient use of labor hours.
- Ability to organize tasks, use good judgment, and give clear instructions and guidance.
- Ability to maintain project labor hours within acceptable limits and ensure safe work practices.
