Laboratory Environment:
Our laboratory handles a diverse array of cases, including hematopathology and solid tumor specimens, as well as various biopsies such as head & neck, GYN, breast, lung, GI, GU, and dermatological samples.

Role Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
1. Play a crucial role in the patient care continuum by preparing, describing, and dissecting surgical specimens.
2. Identify and implement corrective actions when necessary.
3. Operate within a dynamic laboratory setting, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor of Science or a Master's degree from an accredited Pathologists' Assistant program.
- Preferably, at least one year of laboratory experience in grossing various tissue types.
- Certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists BOC.
- Strong analytical, reading, and writing abilities.
- Proficiency in using standard laboratory equipment, including computers and microscopes.
