Job Summary

The Service Greeter/Porter is a key member of our service team, responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and organized service area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude
    • Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate person or location
  • Service Traffic Flow
    • Control service traffic flow and parking to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
    • Assist with loaner vehicles as needed
  • Vehicle Management
    • Park vehicles after they have been written up
    • Retrieve customer vehicles at the cashier for pick-up
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in all vehicles taken in for service
    • Deliver keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate Service Advisor
    • Maintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves, and dirt
    • Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as needed
    • Makes key tags for vehicles
    • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Qualifications
    • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
