Job Summary

The Sales Manager is a key member of the BB BHF STORES LLC team, responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our retail operations. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention

Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Operational Excellence

Ensure the efficient operation of our retail stores, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Business Development

Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, including partnerships, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Financial Management

Manage the financial performance of our retail stores, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Requirements

Education and Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role, with a strong track record of achievement and a degree in a related field.
