Job Title: Sales Manager

At BB BHF STORES LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a variety of climates and weather conditions
