Position Overview:
As a full-time Pharmacy Automation Technician at CPS Solutions, LLC, you will play a crucial role in managing the automated dispensing systems within a healthcare environment. This position is under the guidance of the Associate Director of Pharmacy, ensuring efficient operations and optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and daily functioning of automated dispensing cabinets.
- Collaborate with pharmacy personnel, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless medication distribution.
- Conduct quality assessments and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage the preparation, packaging, and labeling of medication doses.
- Adhere to pharmacy standards, established procedures, and state regulations while performing job duties with minimal supervision.
- Assist in various pharmacy-related activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Work Schedule:
This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
