Client Care Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client caseloads within established financial parameters
- Utilizing resources and flex funding to tailor services to individual needs
- Completing strengths-based assessments using data from referrals, CANS evaluations, and other sources
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community-based services or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human service field (master's degree preferred)
- Strong knowledge of mental health issues and commitment to empowering families
- Effective communication and writing skills
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $24.03 (with a bachelor's degree) or $25.48 (with a master's degree), translating to an annual salary of approximately $50,000 or $53,000 respectively.
