Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our dynamic team at Cooper University Health Care. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our clinical team members and promoting innovative and evidence-based practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing clinical practice, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in direct patient care. A Master's degree in Nursing is preferred. You will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and coaching to our nursing staff, with a focus on medical-surgical telemetry units. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of providing exceptional patient care.
