Exciting Opportunity as a Lead Financial Analyst in the Structured Finance Division

Overview:

We invite you to join our team as a Lead Financial Analyst focusing on U.S. Structured Finance with an emphasis on CMBS Ratings. In this pivotal role within our analytical team, you will be essential in evaluating commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions supported by real estate loans. Your duties will encompass comprehensive analysis of real estate assets, transaction documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders through outreach initiatives. You will participate in credit rating committees, guide transactions through the rating process, and contribute to special projects as required. We seek a candidate with exceptional analytical and communication skills to effectively engage with market participants.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Financial Analyst, your primary focus will include:
  • Performing thorough commercial real estate valuation assessments on CMBS collateral properties.
  • Examining legal and operational documents for compliance and identifying structural concerns in transactions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with issuers, intermediaries, and investors.
  • Exhibiting expertise in ratings criteria and property evaluations.
  • Participating in special projects as assigned by the team manager.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
