Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons.
  • Assist in clearing tables and bar areas promptly after guests depart.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation, ensuring personal hygiene is upheld.
  • Support servers and bartenders by resetting tables and bar tops efficiently.
  • Engage with guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Be prepared to stand for extended periods based on shift requirements.
  • Ensure bartenders are consistently stocked with clean glassware, garnishes, and other essentials.
  • Monitor and replenish liquor, beer, and wine supplies as needed.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Keep the keg cooler organized and clean, and change kegs when necessary.
  • Be adaptable to working in both indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Lift items weighing up to 30lbs as required.

Youroakwoodfarms expects staff to adhere to their assigned schedules. Any absences must be approved by management in advance and accompanied by appropriate documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a full-service dining environment (upscale preferred).
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to stand for long durations.
  • Availability for day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
