Position Summary:

Position Specifications:

  • Outlet: Aspen, CO
  • Expected Wage: $21.36 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time Hours available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and possess in-depth product knowledge.
  • Equip customers with the latest outdoor gear - training will be provided.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards.
  • May involve additional tasks such as cashiering, rentals, or support in other departments.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

A Retail Associate is a versatile employee who may work across various departments and roles, including:

The anticipated pay range is $21.36. This is the range we expect to offer for this position, with individual compensation determined by various factors.
