Job Summary

Aerotek is currently hiring for entry-level manufacturing roles in various industries. We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow work orders and written instructions to setup and operate various machines in the plant, working alongside experienced staff to increase in skill.
  • Set up and operate machine for production runs.
  • Ensure the correct tooling and programs are being run for each job.
  • Adjust machine feed and speed, change tooling, and make adjustments to machine controls during machine malfunction.
  • Calculate machine speed and feed ratio, as well as the size and position of each cut.
  • Use precision measuring tools.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Requirements
  • Entry-level CNC operating experience.
  • Production or manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to adjust machine feed and speed.
  • Ability to change tooling.
  • Ability to make adjustments to machine controls during malfunctions.
  • Ability to calculate machine speed and feed ratio.
  • Knowledge of size and position of each cut.
  • Use of precision measuring tools.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
