About the Role

Eskaton Properties, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including the heating/cooling systems, water, gas, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and allocate resources.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in maintenance and power plant work, with a focus on electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Current first aid training and certification.
