At The Behavior Doc LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing direct support to individuals with special needs and behavior concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior programming, working one-on-one with clients in their homes and our clinic facility. You will receive hands-on training and weekly supervision from our experienced case supervisors. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with special needs and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior programming for individuals with special needs and behavior concerns
  • Work one-on-one with clients in their homes and our clinic facility
  • Receive hands-on training and weekly supervision from our experienced case supervisors
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with special needs
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our team
  • CPR certification and/or willingness to become CPR certified
