Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), evaluations, and treatment plans.
- Gather and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Work with caregivers to assess and modify behavioral strategies.
- Train and guide caregivers to assist children in overcoming challenges related to communication, social skills, attention, or sensory processing.
- Collaborate with therapists and other professionals regarding the child's development.
- Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours weekly.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in mental health with children having developmental disorders
- In-depth understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to exceeding expectations
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to meet client needs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within the designated service area for in-person sessions
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Compensation:
- Hourly rate of $55-$65 based on experience
- Salary option available after 90 days of employment and successful credentialing
- Stipend for bilingual candidates
