Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), evaluations, and treatment plans.
  • Gather and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Work with caregivers to assess and modify behavioral strategies.
  • Train and guide caregivers to assist children in overcoming challenges related to communication, social skills, attention, or sensory processing.
  • Collaborate with therapists and other professionals regarding the child's development.
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours weekly.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution
  • Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in mental health with children having developmental disorders
  • In-depth understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
  • Strong skills in data collection and analysis
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to meet client needs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within the designated service area for in-person sessions
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate of $55-$65 based on experience
  • Salary option available after 90 days of employment and successful credentialing
  • Stipend for bilingual candidates
  • Performance-based bonus program
  • Potential earnings exceeding $100,000 annually based on billable hours
