Role Overview:


Join us in transforming our Digital Banking experience as a key contributor to our strategic initiatives aimed at revenue enhancement and capability development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments including Sales, Service, Operations, and Marketing.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Engage in the assessment of products and services from various providers to establish a robust service ecosystem for business and corporate clients.


2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop Business Requirements, identifying gaps and opportunities while clarifying business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for successful implementation.


3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client-facing applications such as Online Banking, File Services, Payments, and Receivables products.


4. Assist the Product Manager in overseeing strategic and tactical initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.


5. Evaluate and plan new product offerings while identifying cross-selling opportunities for existing products. Define business cases, project scopes, and manage milestones and deliverables.


6. Provide analytical support by examining sales, revenue, and pricing, along with conducting competitive analysis to promote sustainable growth.


7. Oversee application attestations and certification processes in accordance with our information security and technology standards.


8. Manage client issue escalations by coordinating with Technology and Operations teams, as well as external vendors as necessary.


9. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new enhancements, defining use cases, test plans, and tracking issues through resolution.


10. Support Operational and Implementation Readiness by defining workflows, updating forms and procedures, and coordinating training sessions.


11. Utilize internal data, client feedback, and market insights to proactively identify enhancement opportunities and improve client satisfaction.


12. Contribute to various initiatives aimed at achieving business objectives as required.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.


- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Cash Management, Data/Analytics, Product Management, or Operations within a financial institution.


- Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and competitive analysis.


- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and respond effectively.


- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trusting relationships.


- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex information.


- Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently.


- Proficient in MS Office 365 Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel and data visualization tools.
