We are seeking a qualified and energetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in the Supportive Living Center at Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community. This is a full-time position with a 7a.m. - 7p.m. schedule, working every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the delivery of resident care in a 191-bed, non-Medicare facility.
  • Responsible for the direction of resident care rendered to all patients on the unit by licensed and non-licensed staff.
  • Administer medications and treatments to patients as ordered by physicians.
  • Oversee daily shift assignments, consistent with resident's needs and staffing guidelines.
  • Give guidance to personnel as needed and assess changes in the health status of all residents.
  • Assist physician with rounds as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Registered R.N. or LPN in the State of NC
  • Certified Nursing Assistant
