Job Overview

Aurora Ventures is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchant Office Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our residential buildings and parking spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our residential buildings, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects.
  • Key Management: Oversee the administration of our locking systems, including key distribution, access control, and security protocols.
  • Facilities Management: Manage the changing rooms, lockers, and other facilities, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and accessible to staff and residents.
  • Signage and Labeling: Coordinate the design, installation, and maintenance of our clinic's signage and building labeling.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: A commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and external partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Work Style: A structured and independent work style, with a focus on problem-solving and collaboration.
