About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers, while also driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service and sales experience to customers
  • Drive sales and customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge
  • Conduct calls to customers to educate them on wireless products and services
  • Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities
  • Meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% based on business needs
