Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at BAE Systems USA. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing complex software systems for our defense-related customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development processes and methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on real-time embedded systems and C++ programming
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex software issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
