**Manufacturing Quality Manager**

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Manager to join our team at Agility Fuel System. As a Manufacturing Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading the quality function across our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and process improvements to meet internal goals and customer requirements.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues and strengthen relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of quality initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing or industrial environment work experience.
  • Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Lean certifications are preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
