Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Paint Supervisor to join our team at our Salisbury, NC facility. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for leading the paint department, ensuring high-quality production, and adhering to safety standards.

About the Role:

You will oversee a full paint system using both powder coat and wet paint, receiving raw machined and fabricated parts and delivering finished, painted components. This is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the paint department, ensuring high-quality production and adhering to safety standards.
  • Develop and enforce procedures, manage inventory, and monitor equipment performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of up to 25 people, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma minimum, Bachelor's or Associates Degree preferred.
  • 5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a Leadership role.
  • Experience managing a powder coat or wet paint system for industrial paint is highly preferred.
Estimated Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
