Machine Learning Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and secure infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient AI/ML application development and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.
- Implement best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and DevOps processes.
- Determine and implement the most suitable technologies for the company's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of advanced analytics solutions into business operations.
- Ensure that applications meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
- MSc or PhD in a STEM subject.
- Expertise in code versioning tools like GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps, with proficiency in GitHub Actions.
- Strong experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP; Databricks preferred.
- Skilled in infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- Proficient with data processing tools like Databricks, Apache Spark, and Kafka.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of event-driven and microservices architectures.
- Strong Linux expertise and effective communication and mentoring skills.
Compensation:
- $180,000 - $230,000 base salary
- Bonus up to 20%
