Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of mortgage protection and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting Appointments: Schedule meetings with potential clients to discuss their mortgage protection needs.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research to customize options that meet each client's unique financial situation.
  • Meeting with Families: Meet with clients to present their options, discuss details, and help them apply for coverage.
  • Administrative: Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

Compensation

This is a commission-only based sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect. Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we also have a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts.

We have extensive training on how these products work and how to sell them. In addition to uncapped commission, we have a competitive bonus structure program along with incentive trips agents/managers can qualify for based on their individual and team results.
