Position Overview

Your Responsibilities:

This is a Full-time position, operating from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

As an Assistant Teacher, you will collaborate with our Lead Teachers to foster independence and self-assurance in young learners. This role serves as an excellent entry point into the world of Montessori education, with many of our Assistants progressing to Lead Teacher positions through our MACTE-accredited Montessori training program.

Ideal Candidates Will:
  • Possess knowledge of early childhood development
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented approach
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
  • Have a valid negative TB test (within the last year) or be prepared to obtain one
  • Hold a valid CPR certification or be willing to acquire it before starting
