Job Description

Membership Coordinator

The Alaska Club is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for greeting and touring guests, building relationships, and engaging guests within their areas of interest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Work closely with the Membership Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • A clear passion for fitness and a strong desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, working approximately 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.

We offer a competitive hourly wage, plus commission and bonus opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, and a 401(k) plan.
