About the Role

The Validation Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to various stages of development. The Technician must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision to maintain project schedules and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on building, testing, and upgrading of enterprise hardware and software
  • Perform lab management responsibilities, including maintaining an efficient lab environment
  • Manage inventory, including tracking, shipping, and receiving materials
  • Work with engineers to evaluate new electronic components and troubleshoot servers
  • Conduct manual validation tests in a controlled environment
  • Execute soft tools, such as diagnostics, tests, and firmware updates
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using Python and PowerShell
  • Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to stakeholders
  • Additional tasks as needed to support business continuity

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Associate degree in Electronics or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting, tech support, test execution, or related field
  • Experience working in a computer hardware and/or lab environment
  • Python and PowerShell scripting experience
  • Working knowledge of troubleshooting and server architecture
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
  • Ability to complete tasks on time and pay attention to detail
