**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences, showcasing and demonstrating vehicles to potential customers.
  • Provide accurate and thorough product knowledge to customers, conducting test drives and following up with customers to address any questions or concerns.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales transactions with customers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all dealership products, services, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, collaborating with dealership staff to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM software, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
