Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team in Indiana. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for implementing predictive maintenance strategies across manufacturing processes, driving continual improvement and reliability, and serving as a resource for location growth in automation and integration with enterprise systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution, 3+ years of experience in a similar environment, and strong understanding of Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities: Some of your key responsibilities will include implementing predictive maintenance strategy, driving continual improvement and reliability, serving as a key resource for location growth, working with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability, analyzing equipment failures, developing and maintaining maintenance documents, coordinating and scheduling equipment maintenance plans, and identifying potential downtime issues through testing and FMEA.

Skills and Tools: You will oversee all operations including thermography, structural NDE (VT, MT, UT), vibration analysis and motor alignment, ultrasonic leak detection, oil analysis, hydraulic circuits and troubleshooting, support equipment OEE targets, and front line problem solving and FMEA.
