The OSP Construction Specialist will be responsible for coordinating projects and leading cross-functional teams to ensure safe operations and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute various construction duties, ensuring safe operations and compliance with standards.
  • Conduct field site assessments, surveys, and post-construction reviews.
  • Manage project costs, develop estimates, and monitor job expenses.
  • Maintain accurate records of project details, milestones, and resource usage.
  • Enforce work site safety standards and ensure compliance, conducting regular safety meetings.
  • Manage resources, support project coordination, and generate construction-related reports.
  • Address customer requests, monitor crew performance, and provide guidance to technicians.
  • Coordinate all phases of construction projects, including interactions with stakeholders and subcontractors.
  • Interact with government officials, utilities, contractors, and internal partners.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule and fulfill other assigned duties.
