Compensation: Competitive pay starting at $18.90 per hour.

Full-time Hiring Incentive:

+ $1,000 bonus for full-time positions.

As a Child Care Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with engaging activities tailored to the children's needs and interests.
  • Maintaining daily communication with parents, documenting and sharing significant milestones in their child's day.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Candidates must successfully complete required state and company background checks and meet the minimum education and experience standards:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience working with children is preferred, such as in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or relevant degree is preferred.

Health and Safety Compliance:

All candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or participate in weekly testing to comply with enhanced health and safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of all.
