Position Overview:
This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of patient information and ensuring smooth operations within the healthcare facility. The Registration Specialist will engage in various clerical tasks that demand precision and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls on a multi-line system in a courteous and professional manner, consistently meeting call volume expectations.
  • Accurately gather and input patient information into the database, including generating and creating reports as necessary.
  • Contact patients to arrange appointments and additional examinations as required.
  • Perform general office tasks such as scanning, faxing, and copying documents.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members to ensure a patient-centered approach.
  • Organize and manage both physical and electronic filing systems in accordance with established company protocols.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding company and patient information.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical office setting is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, call center environment while managing multiple tasks.
