About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team and contribute to our efforts in educational innovation. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with faculty, staff, students, and community leaders to develop and implement innovative projects that drive positive change in education.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design and deliver innovative curricula and programs for primary and secondary learners
  • Develop and lead professional development workshops for educators to enhance their skills in innovation and design thinking
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform our innovation efforts and contribute to the development of new projects
  • Engage with our industry partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth
  • Support grant writing and fundraising efforts to secure funding for our initiatives
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Education, Organizational Development, Counseling, or a related field
  • Experience in k-12 and higher education settings, with a focus on innovation and design thinking
  • Strong teaching and mentoring skills, with experience working with diverse learners
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading innovation projects in k-12 or higher education settings
  • Strong background in STEM education research and design thinking
  • Teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate level
  • Excellent writing and research skills, with a proven track record of publications and grant writing
