Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers with all paint-related needs, including product and color questions.
- Mix, tint, and match paint to customer requests.
- Process orders and payments, and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
