Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling room assignments, payments, and other related tasks.
  • Manage guest requests, resolving issues and providing solutions in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and promotions, providing guests with accurate information and recommendations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
