Housekeeping Specialist

At Poco Diablo Resort and Spa, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens and replenishing amenities.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, including changing air filters, cleaning air conditioning coils, and touching up paint on walls and molding.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
