About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at NAPAA. As a Personal Lines Producer Professional, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining profitable relationships with existing clients, as well as acquiring new clients through leads and organic cultivation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through in-person, online, phone, and written communication.
  • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.
  • Actively follow up on purchased leads, prospect, round accounts, and solicit increases in existing client coverage, as well as network for new clients, including win backs, cross-sell, and organic prospecting.
Requirements
  • Insurance license from any state, with the ability to obtain a Maryland P&C license.
  • Minimum of six months of insurance account management experience.

Compensation

The salary for this role is $50,000 to $70,000 per year, with potential for bonuses and career advancement opportunities.
