- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support participants in their recovery journey.
- Assess participants' needs and create personalized treatment plans to address their unique challenges.
- Collaborate with case managers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for participants.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of participants' progress and treatment plans.
- Two years of experience providing drug and alcohol counseling services in a social work or criminal justice setting.
- Bachelor's Degree with 18 credits in behavioral science, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
