Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Behavior Intervention Planning: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support student growth and development.
  • Direct Therapy: Provide evidence-based ABA therapy to students, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless implementation of behavioral strategies and promote continuity of care.
  • Data Analysis and Progress Monitoring: Regularly collect and analyze data to inform treatment planning and adjust interventions as needed to optimize student outcomes.
  • School Staff Training and Supervision: Offer training and supervision to school staff on implementing effective behavioral strategies and techniques.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Ambitious and licensed BCBA certification
