About the Opportunity:
Cypress Health Partners is a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving patient access, experience, and outcomes in the Northeast. We are committed to innovation and patient-centered care, and we are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our team as Part-Time In-House Counsel.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of contracts, including leases, vendor agreements, and employment contracts. You will also provide legal support for managed service agreements and assist in organizing and monitoring payor agreements to ensure compliance and efficiency.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Our office is located in Braintree, MA, and we offer a flexible, part-time schedule.

We are looking for a licensed attorney with strong experience in contract negotiation and organization. Familiarity with leases, employment law, and managed service agreements is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a flexible, part-time schedule.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
