Job Overview

Exotec is a leader in robotics innovation, revolutionizing the way companies fulfill orders and interact with customers. As a Robotics Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of our robotic solutions with our customers' systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain training content for integrators, facilitating their understanding of Exotec products and systems.
  • Provide technical support to integrators, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Engineering Support
  • Collaborate with integrators to design and implement optimal system configurations for Exotec products, balancing customer needs with integrator costs.
  • Support integrators in understanding the functionalities, key differentiators, and limitations of Exotec products, as well as best practices for integration.
  • Review and validate integrator design documents before installation.
Operational Support for Sites in Production
  • Own the performance of Exotec systems, analyzing root causes of non-performance and coordinating with integrators to implement improvement actions.
  • Solve issues escalated from Exotec's Control Center and integrators, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support integrators in maintaining their systems with the latest updates and ensuring optimal performance.
Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze the root cause of issues escalated from the Control Center or integrators, suggesting improvement plans to prevent future issues.
  • Collaborate with Exotec teams to implement prevention solutions for future issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or software engineering or mechatronics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Flexibility with working on-call shifts outside of standard office hours, including some overnights and weekends.
  • Ability to travel for work up to 35-50%.
