Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as a Charge Nurse RN Medsurg Telemetry. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work activities of professional and technical staff. They will organize and coordinate departmental activities through the assignment of responsibilities, delegation of authority, and direction of workflow processes.

  • Monitor and evaluate systems and processes, initiating changes and improvements to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate outcome of changes and expected improvements.
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are followed and that quality control tests are performed as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • FL RN License
  • BLS and ACLS Certifications
  • Minimum Two (2) years' experience in an acute care setting
