Key Responsibilities- Perform various laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient specimens
- Ensure quality control and quality assurance of laboratory tests and results
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory tests and results
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Current license or temporary license as Clinical Laboratory Scientist-Technician in the state of practice
- Meets CLIA and CAP requirements for testing personnel relative to scope of duties
- ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician
- Hospital or clinic laboratory testing experience
