Position Overview:

Supervisors oversee shifts on a weekly basis, ensuring that customers receive a swift, precise, and friendly experience during every visit. Some supervisors also manage specific Departments. Responsibilities may include overseeing designated systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, establishing objectives, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes back to the team and other supervisors.

The Guest Service Operations Supervisor's duties may involve ensuring that crew members and supervisors provide an exceptional customer experience, that promotional activities are executed effectively, and that all service personnel are trained in service protocols. Additionally, they ensure that the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service delivery.

The Kitchen Operations Supervisor's responsibilities may include guaranteeing that the establishment serves high-quality food promptly, that food safety standards are maintained, that food costs are managed efficiently, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production protocols, including new menu items.

The People Operations Supervisor's responsibilities may encompass ensuring that the establishment recruits qualified team members, trains them effectively, and schedules them to meet sales and profit objectives. This supervisor also ensures that team members start off positively and that they are recognized and motivated throughout their employment.

Prior managerial experience is essential, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. We seek enthusiastic team players with adaptable schedules who enjoy a dynamic work environment, possessing the passion to thrive in the famously fast-paced McDonald's atmosphere. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to assume a managerial role in our establishments.
