Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Beausoleil Coastal Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including seafood and oysters, to meet the high standards of our restaurant.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining quality and speed of food service.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Develop and implement new menu items, staying up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
