Job Overview

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. seeks a compassionate and dedicated Adult Companion to join our team. In this role, you will provide support and companionship to adults with physical disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health challenges, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
  • Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, grooming, and household chores.
  • Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and social events, promoting socialization and community integration.
  • Monitor and report changes in an individual's condition or behavior, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with other team members.

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 2+ years of experience working with adults with disabilities. Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for work-related duties. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation:
$18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Plus, a $250 sign-on bonus and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
