Job Title: Branch Manager

Hepaco, A Clean Harbors Company is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Field Services branch in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe, cost-effective, and efficient management of branch operations
  • Provide direction, growth, and success of the Company and its Employees
  • Drive revenue growth and quoting
  • Manage overall branch performance, including safety and environmental issues
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with District Manager to monitor safety statistics and ensure compliance with reporting procedures
  • Prepare annual budget and enforce cost controls to ensure achievement of financial targets and profit margins
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and parts inventories, and ensure quality and cost effectiveness
  • Perform annual Performance Reviews of all staff under your management
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills with applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills
  • Experience creating and understanding budgets, including analysis and creation
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state, and federal requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Established networks and recognition within the industry
  • Industry knowledge and/or experience
