We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Services Attendant to join our team at Aamccareers. As a key member of our Food and Nutrition Services Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble patient trays according to dietary guidelines and follow proper portioning procedures.
- Deliver trays to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Interact with patients in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Assemble floor stock onto carts using requisition lists consistently.
- Clean equipment, floors, walls, and ceilings of assigned areas.
- Operate Spectralink phones efficiently.
- Respond to patient and nursing requests promptly.
- Unload dirty dishes and trays from carts and place them in the dish machine.
- Transport carts to and from the kitchen safely.
- Operate kitchen and transportation equipment according to instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to read and write, and follow written and oral instructions.
- No experience required.
This position involves heavy physical demands, including exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
