Job Summary

We are seeking associates for our litigation practice group to handle general liability cases, including commercial and umbrella policies, involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, HOA, in a fast-paced and highly demanding atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling cases from preparing responsive pleadings to trial
  • Propounding and responding to discovery
  • Medical record review/summaries
  • Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts
  • Attend court hearings
  • Prepare motions/oppositions
  • Prepare case status reports to carriers
  • Trial preparation
Requirements

We are looking for a driven, self-starter who can independently manage a caseload. Prior insurance defense experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of two years of experience with strong litigation skills, including discovery, conducting depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation background.
