Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Hands-On Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Medication Management: Review and administer medications to residents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to their service plans.
  • Observation and Documentation: Monitor residents' conditions, report any changes or concerns to the Nurse and/or Health Care Coordinator, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, respond to resident needs, and maintain open communication with family members and visitors.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of resident suites, common areas, and medication rooms, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Education: Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred, High School diploma/GED, and CPR Certification.
  • Experience and Skills: Previous experience working with seniors, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
